Stimulite® Classic extra sensitive. Extra soft seat cushion for people with tender and sensitive skin.
Lightweight cushion that requires little care and offers very good pressure relief.
It is easy to keep clean, can be machine washed and tumble dried, which makes it easier for incontinent people.
Three different layers offer individual fit and shape, distribute pressure and provide stability.
The perforated honeycomb cell construction allows air to circulate and moisture to evaporate, keeping the user dry and cool. The unique ventilation system reduces skin fragility and offers optimal pressure ulcer treatment.
The cushion is 6 cm high.

The Stimulite® Classic extra sensitive seat cushion is also available with a rounded bottom: For wheelchairs with a hammock seat, it offers the same benefits as the straight bottom. Eliminates the need for a wooden board to level the seat surface. A quick measurement of the wheelchair determines the need for a rounded bottom. Place a measuring stick between the seat tubes and measure the distance from the center of the stick to the bottom of the seat fabric. A rounded bottom is recommended for distances of more than 2.5cm. Add an S (such as CLXS1416S) after the article number for “rounded bottom”
Washing instructions: Hand wash with mild detergent, rinse with water and shake dry.
Use only chlorine-free detergents. or
Machine wash (40 degrees, 60 degrees 30 minutes), tumble dry/low heat.
Virkon solution can be used to clean Stimulite® products from MRSA bacteria.
If necessary, StimuLITE products can also be washed at 60 degrees, for about 30 minutes.
Disposal of the end-of-life product is left to plastic recycling.
