How firm should the cushion be?
Stimulite pads come in two varieties:
  • Fixed cushions – for those who need stability and balance
  • Soft pads (Extra Sensitive) – for those with fragile skin or
    who want a softer seating experience
How should the seating surface be shaped?
  • Contoured seating surface – for those who want to sit in a stable pit,

  • Flat seating surface – for those who have difficulty moving around,
    high amputations or need a more open pelvic angle

Care and maintenance

Regular cleaning extends the life of the cushion and ensures optimal hygiene.

  • Washable up to 60°C
  • Tumble dry cold
  • Use bleach-free detergent
  • Avoid harsh chemicals
  • Check that the cells are resilient after washing

Cover

Cordura fabric, flame retardant Kevlar textile, Velcro for fastening and zipper with grip ring. We recommend an extra cover to make washing easier.
ACCESSORIES

Moisture collector

In case of incontinence, the moisture collector is placed in the cover under the pad. Fluid drains through the pad body — you always sit dry.
